I’m so glad you're here.
I’m a professional certified coach who has worked with hundreds of clients to live a more confident, playful and wildly alive life. My experience until now has been mainly in the corporate space with leaders ranging from C-Suite to ICs. I am currently wrapping up the end of a 600 hour coaching course to become a certified VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship coach and cannot wait to bring this new offering to my clients in January 2026.

My Story
My story has been anything but the straight line I had imagined in my younger years. Not in a million years could I have predicted the path I have been on. One thing I am so proud of is that I have followed my intuition along the way, jumped at opportunities that felt right and as a result am currently living a life that feels alive , purposeful and free.
In my 20s I studied engineering and later obtained an MBA from one of the top academic schools in Canada.(UofT). I was an athlete as a kid and to say I was a high achiever in school and in life would be an understatement. With time, anxiety started to rear its ugly head. My new husband and I moved to Dubai in 2006 to follow his career as I was finding my way in life. I worked in healthcare while in Dubai and started to grow a family. In 2008, during the financial crisis, I stumbled into coaching after being let go along with 80% of the company I worked for. I immediately fell in love with the coaching work and knew that one day I would work in this field.
We came home to Toronto in 2010 with a baby and toddler in tow and by 2012 another baby joined the family making us a party of five.
After spending some time raising babies, my coaching career kicked off in 2018 and I have since coached 1000s of hours resulting in the most beautiful transformations for others. I absolutely love this work and find so much fulfillment witnessing my clients have major realizations and evolving into their more confident, happy and alive selves.
