I have a strong belief that all individuals truly want to life their best lives. Self-optimization not only feels amazing but when we feel grounded, centered and on purpose we are able to face challenges that come our way with more confidence, courage and self-awareness. I am naturally a very curious person, so doing work that allows me to ask thoughtful questions that helps people think about things they have never pondered before is so fulfilling and truly transformational.
